Love this machine! This has replaced my previous machine which was the Saeco Magic Comfort Plus which was very similar. I had my previous machine for 15 years and hated to let it go! I tried one of those “pod” machines and the coffee, no matter which I purchased, was not of the quality that this machine makes, regardless of the type of coffee. Easy to use, easy to clean and makes an y excellent coffee beverage. I’m so glad I purchased this machine. Worth every penny!

Simply love this machine! I am so glad I went with the standard 3200 model because I am pretty specific about my froth and milk combo for each drink I prepare. It gives me all the flexibility and frankly it is so easy and quick. The machine was super easy to set up. The Americano it makes is fabulous and I just love the Lungo with a touch of milk and froth. Machine is only slightly large than a Keurig and for us, we have our counter space back. It replaces a Keurig, grinder, bean hopper and techi-vorm coffee pot.

After a friend of a relative bought a different brand expresso/coffee maker, I investigated further and found much better reviews on the Philips 3200. Having used it for a month now, it has never disappointed for making expresso, Americano, and coffee. We don’t use it for milk-based coffees, so can’t speak to the frother (other than for hot water). Anyway, love the bean grinder, hot water infusion, and resulting expressos/coffees. Water reservoir is sufficient for 6 or so cups, and cleanup is a breeze.

We like everything except how temperamental the power button is. My wife especially has a difficult time getting it to turn on if she doesn’t press the button just right. And the low water indicator comes on and then goes off if the water is too low so if you don’t see it the first time and the water is really low, no lights or power comes on till you figure out you have to fill the water up. It seems like the low water light should just stay on till it’s refilled.
